EU Shipping
Normally shipping will take around 4-6 business days depending on the product, but it could take as long as 15 days for some countries.
For countries outside of the EU it might take a bit longer but normally around the same.
EU RETURNS - Easy Returns
If the product is faulty you’ve got 30 days to send back your items for a refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. If you want to change sizing contact us at info@resilientclo.store to make sure we have your desired size.
- Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Avoid fabric softeners.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry for optimal longevity.
- Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if required. Do not iron directly on decoration.
- Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.
