Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return. The return window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. The return window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost along with the item price. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
